Gardino Residence – Riyadh, KSA
4-star Hotel and Furnished Apartments
Developer: AAJ Real Estate Investments
Gardino Residence is part of a two-tower project; a 4-star hotel and a furnished residential tower. The hotel tower has 120 rooms and the residential tower has furnished apartments with 80 units, and provides all business amenities; ballrooms, business center, cafe, gyms and more.
Our associate team covered the full consultancy, including architectural, structural, MEP, fire and safety and interior design. Located along King Abdullah Road in the center of Riyadh city, it is 1900 square meters. The project was developed by AAJ Real Estate Investments and was part of their strategy to bridge the gap between hospitality and living.
Gardino Hotel - Riyadh, KSA
4-star Business Hotel
Developer: AAJ Real Estate Investments
The hotel tower contains 100 rooms and is primarily a business hotel. The total area is roughly 1500 square meters. The structure has various business-related amenities such as conference rooms.
Our associate team covered the full consultancy, including architectural, structural, MEP, fire and safety and interior design. The project was also developed by AAJ Real Estate Investments and is part of many other hotels they are building as part of their strategy to bridge the gap between hospitality and living.
La Hoya Bay Residential Development - Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE
Luxury Residences
Developer: Khoie Properties
La Hoya Bay is a large development along the coast of Ras Al-Khaimah developed by Khoie Properties. The development consists of a series of 8-story residential structures with underground parking. Each of the buildings in the complex is about 24,000 square meters. It is part of a larger development that will have a business area and retail space.
Our associate team provided the structural design of these buildings along with civil work for the water frontage
Sudan Medical City - Al-Gezira State, Sudan
Medical Facilities City
Developer: SMC Co Ltd.
Sudan Medical City (SMC) is a large development located southeast of Khartoum, Sudan. This project is intended to be a complete medical city that will contain a main 700-bed hospital, eight centers of excellence, medical and biomedical engineering schools, student housing, and more public facilities targeted towards the healthcare industry. It will also have hospitality and residential structures to provide housing for physicians and students. The development will be situated on approximately 300 acres of land provided free of charge by the Government of Sudan. The project is intended to revolutionize the medical industry in Sudan by bringing high quality medical service locally instead of having to travel abroad to receive such treatments.
Our associate team was the lead consultant and formed a well-organized multidisciplinary design consortium, composed of renowned global firms specializing in master planning, landscape, architecture, medical planning, infrastructure, civil, and structural engineering. Although the project is still in progress, the planning, architectural and structural are already completed.
Mushaireb Mixed-Use Development - Khartoum, Sudan
Urban Living Development
Developer: Qatari Diar
Mushaireb is a large mixed-use development in Khartoum, Sudan and is located on the River Nile front. The site includes a 5-star hotel, residential apartments, offices, and retail and commercial facilities. In addition, the entire Nile frontage of the site will be a public corniche area. The site encompasses nearly 150,000 square meters of land. Once completed, the intent of this development is to create a premium waterfront living experience and will be one of the very best residential and business developments in Sudan.
Our associate team was the local consultant in both the master plan and infrastructure phases working with UK consultants, as well as the architectural, structural, and MEP consultant for eight of the thirty-two planned towers on the land.
